CPSC Provides Additional Guidance on Phthalate Ban and Testing

On February 9, 2009 the CPSC posted two new guidance documents on the Phthalates ban.

The first is intended to answer many questions posed by the business community regarding application of the ban to various products and options available to manufacturers & retailers. Click here to view the document.
