CPSC has requested a meeting to further discuss application to our member’s products. SGMA does not believe the intention of the meeting is to narrow the exemption just address products in the “gray area”. We are very pleased with this latest development and thank all who participated in the effort to get CPSC to clarify the application of the ban relative to sporting goods.
